Dried Fruit Balls

Ingredients:
1 cup pitted dates1/4 cup walnuts1/4 cup rolled oats, not instant1/4 cup cocoa or Carob powder
|

Serves: 6
|

Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes |
 |
Instructions: |
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until thoroughly combined.
The mixture should look like a lumpy paste. With slightly wet hands, roll paste into walnut-sized balls.
Place on wax paper on a tray or plate and freeze until firm.
Store in baggies in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. |
