Waldorf Salad

A simply sweet version of the original.

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped apples1/3 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon2 teaspoons honey1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped (optional)1 cup chopped pears1 cup grapes

Serves: 1
|

Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes |

Instructions: |
Place fruit in a serving bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, cinnamon and honey.
Spoon over fruit and mix thoroughly.
Serve immediately. Walnuts are not included in nutrition analysis. |
