Check Your Points Online TO CHECK YOUR POINTS:
Click here if you have already set your account up and just want to check your points. If you've never checked your points before, please set up an account. Instructions follow below.
Use the Sign-in box on the far right.
Click on the “My Points and Rewards Tracker” link. (It’s at the bottom.)
FIRST TIME VISITORS: You need to set up an account here. Click here to create your account Enter your account number in the middle section and follow the prompts. (If you get an error message, please see the note below).
Got an Error Message? If you enter your email address and get a prompt that states “Email address does not match your Reward email address”, we must resolve this on our end. This happens if we did not get your email address when your account was opened or if it was entered incorrectly.
The fix is easy. Simply email your name, account number and correct email address to rewards@richardsfoodporium.com We will happily fix the problem.

 | Receiving Your Membership ID Card | | You will receive your membership ID card at the store when you sign up. You may use the card that very day and we will collect the points on your transaction.
If you need a replacement card for any reason, you may get a new card by returning to the store, completing an updated form, and obtaining a new card. Boldly mark on the form "MERGE ACCOUNTS" so we can transfer your points from the old account to the new one.
We do not mail cards to members or accept sign ups via phone or email.

|  | Receiving and Redeeming Rewards | | You will receive your Rewards by either email or postal mail depending on the method you chose when you signed up for our Program.
If you receive your Rewards by email, spam filters can cause your Rewards to be sent to junk mail or spam.
